Trend forecast- The 1970's Budget Jumpsuit styled 3 ways

The Jumpsuit

With a distinct 70s style, playsuits and jumpsuits for women have made a retro comeback in the UK. As a onepiece design jumpsuits and playsuits show off your silhouette and their pretty prints and colours perk up your look. Not being one of my favourite fashion eras, but none the less I am always keen to try new styles.

The Jumpsuit I have chosen to feature, is a really pretty black number, from Primark. With a unusually straight legged trouser, instead of your normal flared or cuff style. I really liked the fit, the way the cut emphasises your waist, I found particularly flattering. I have styled it three ways to really get the wear out of this item, and to show how versatile you can be for any occasion.

The first look I have chosen is for a night out or date night, with a gold tiered necklace from Freedom at Topshop, Black, snake skin effect, ankle strapped killer heels from Red Herring and a cute leopard print clutch (old) which ties together the whole look.

My second look is more in keeping with the up and coming Festival season. I teamed up the Jumpsuit with a Cape cardigan, and a neutral fendora both from Primark. Shoe's wise I paired neutral sandals (old) with a black fringed bucket bag from H & M to add a practical element to the outfit.

My third and final look, was for the work place. A Jumpsuit can be nicely worked with a crisp oversized casual white shirt from Next and a pair of black pointed court shoes (old) really finishes off the look. Making you ready for any professional environment.

So there you go, three great ways to wear a Jumpsuit to pretty much any occasion. I hope you enjoyed my post, and I would love to hear your views. what would you pair with your Jumpsuit? Will you be trying this season's Jumpsuit yourself?.
